This progression is "change."
We are "on the brink" at Fisher Talent Group. The above photo represents a new era for African youth football. We have scouted this field in Eswatini many times. Our camera is centrally visible to capture game footage and detectable to players and coaches (to create an atmosphere of hope, unity, and opportunity).
Our scouting mission of discovering and promoting overlooked kids and communities is a genuine effort to recast football and improve the world. Coaches contact us daily about when and where their teams are playing—they like what we do, see the benefits, and understand our purpose.
I repeat this incessantly, but we will have a paid scouting operation in every African country. This expansion will enable equal discovery opportunities for countless kids across Africa and provide jobs, economic empowerment, and education via a continent-wide staff (see our pinned Instagram post about "What Makes A Good Scout" regarding the educational component).
Glaring "gaps" exist between kids' opportunities. At Fisher Talent Group, we are changing that. It takes centralizing Africa's immense youth talent into one accessible portal and perpetually broadcasting it. We are "on the brink" of fostering a universal belief in overlooked kids, marginalized communities, and talent's ubiquity. We have yet to publish our database, but we are working tirelessly and cannot wait for the details we are ironing to unfold.
