We have officially captured film on several players in our seventy-player database. The work going into this step of creating highlights and publishing the database is exciting.
Over the following year, we aim to create highlights on all seventy players and publish the database on our website. These are lofty goals, but it is necessary to achieve "change." Nothing jeopardizes success like doubt and the unwillingness to work. I talk incessantly about our "change" ideas, "trickle-down positives," and all slogans because they are as legitimate as the kids we scout. So, this database backs and progresses our mission while defining our impact. Yes, it requires effort, but we embrace it and cannot wait to publish it.
