I mailed out donor thank yous a few days ago. I cannot express enough our appreciation for everyone who gives.
I want to remind the kids we scout that talent is a broad spectrum, and where one might not "stand out," Fisher Talent Group will always work to "see" you. We do everything to notice the "hidden," whether that talent is buried in rural Africa or "out of position" in a game, one's football ability often manifests silently (and we look for it as much as we do the "next Messi"). Most importantly, traveling to a community, observing from a sideline, or filming a team is empty without "noticing" the talent.
So, as we close 2023, we want to reiterate that we "see" you. When we are at your training session, game, etc., we are "there"—we are focusing on "noticing" (and not missing) your talent. You might not be the "top goal scorer" or "captain," but it does not mean you are not "good" or will not achieve those tags, create your own, or maximize your potential in the future—so keep going.
