Hello,
Donating to us is standing with the trajectory—you are backing the ideas of a happier, more accepting world without gaps—one where overlooked kids have equal discovery opportunities and the ability to use their skills to advance their lives. "The trajectory" is toward "change,"—which is the result of a promotional database spanning Africa to help overlooked youth be "seen" and given a chance.
Imagine a thousand-plus player perpetual database accessed by that many international football professionals. Now, picture the opportunities kids will have. Next, envision Fisher Talent Group employing folks and providing necessary jobs continent-wide to discover overlooked athletes independently. These efforts are doable because they are uncomplicated. Above all, they are sustainable.
I have spoken incessantly about the difference our database will have and the "trickle-down positives" it will create—particularly outside of football, like in the arts, business, and everything in between, and within the human spirit: self-belief, inclusion, and everything "good." Yes, we are a football organization. However, our overarching purpose is pulling folks into the collective bond of talent by bringing awareness to overlooked players and places. We believe in a more loving, unified world recognizing each other's abilities. Most importantly, we believe in using them to advance our lives.
Current donations support building our database (filming players, technically constructing it for the web, and publishing expenses) and the Eswatini Scouting Manager (whom we have not funded). Thank you to those who have given. In the same breath, we understand and hope you will join us for those still considering.
If you wish to contribute, you may do so via the toolbar.
We cannot change the world independently, but we will together.
Until next time.
Live forever,
Rob Fisher
Executive Director and Head of Scouting
