Hello,

Fisher Talent Group is a promotional database with marginalized African youth football players. We scout rural Africa and discover talent *in* the community. We do not hold tryouts, identification events, etc.

Once discovered, we build player profiles through video and written reports and utilize a database to promote our findings to a list of global football contacts. Our connections range from worldwide youth and professional coaches to U.S.A. college coaches, player agents, Heads of Scouting, national teams, and domestic and international youth academies. We host our database via a password-protected portal on our website and grant free access to our contacts.

Each connection views marginalized talent as they wish, moving through reports and film, and anyone can offer a player the chance to advance their life using football. What someone offers a player is up to them. However, we facilitate the connection of interested parties. By continually broadening our range of contacts, we increase the likelihood that someone will give our kids a chance. Furthermore, it illuminates marginalized players and places and connects the world.

We are not a player agency. If we were, we would have to scout older, age-sellable players. However, because we are a nonprofit, we can scout rural Africa and discover youth players who would otherwise go unnoticed.

We do not make promises to kids, families, or communities. Despite this, they are who we fight for and stand with. Fisher Talent Group is the one there, providing equal discovery opportunities to overlooked players. Moreover, we—will eventually—give jobs to folks in need. This concept will transpire through a paid scouting network in our countries of operation.

Above all, and as mentioned previously, Fisher Talent Group is *in* the community and *on* the sideline. As a result, we maintain various trickle-down positives. One is that our presence shows overlooked kids that they and their community are worthy of believing in. We "go" where we do because we believe in the kids *and* the place. We do not discover talent each time—and that is life. However, our "being there" encourages confidence and hope and makes them believe. You might not be the "best" at football, but Fisher Talent Group represents encouragement for other skills. Everyone is gifted at something, and through our mission, we inspire young people to try different things. You can be the next this, that, or "you." We want kids to attempt their curiosities, extend their imagination, and try what they "might" be good at or interested in. We enable these ideas through the simple mission of scouting.

As always, please support us by donating, purchasing merchandise, or following our socials. We are onboarding a Videographer and need your assistance funding the position. Their role is critical to engineering highlight packages for our players, and they are the next step in publishing our database online. Every bit helps us fund transport to and from games, film equipment, lunch, and time spent "cutting" film. Thank you to anyone and everyone who contributes. We cannot change the world independently, but we will together.

Until next time.

Live forever,

Rob Fisher
