We desire the sizeable database we do because it will improve the world in time, shift mindsets, provide opportunities for overlooked kids to use their skills to advance their lives, motivate professional scouting departments to scout outside their comfort zones, magnify overlooked talent territories as valuable markets for the world, enlighten folks about equal discovery opportunities, "close the gaps," bring people into the collective bond of talent, stimulate inclusion, unity, love, belief in talent's ubiquity, and more within and outside football.
The culmination of the above is the power of scouting and our mission. I repeat our goal of a thousand-plus player perpetual database and our "trickle-down" positives because they are "one." Ultimately, we will achieve our vision because we are uncomplicated and bound by a cause.
