Hello,
Last week, we met with SV Mdladla & Associates in Eswatini to ensure we lawfully publish our athletes. We connected about football, sports, and kids, and we look forward to working further together.
Various elements comprise our live database (coming soon). We will shortly have consent forms and policies around Eswatini law to inform parents and athletes about how we use their information to promote them globally.
Our database will begin with a single highlight video per player, no-frills, and an "Eswatini top 100 tracking" label. Football professionals will enter the database and likely see videos in a vertical format with scouting reports accessed post-player-introduction.
How we start is not how we finish. We are raising money (and need your help) to expand across Africa and hire full-time Scouting Managers and web developers to build the intricacies of a searchable portal. The future database will maintain player information by country, age, position, etc., with talent scales, reports, and more to represent Africa's immense ability. Everyone from worldwide youth and professional coaches to U.S.A. college coaches, player agents, Heads of Scouting, national teams, and domestic and international youth academies will have access (and we are continually expanding).
Scouting is about discovery. Moreover, it is about love, equal opportunity, and ubiquity. If you support our ideas of overlooked kids, communities, and "change," please donate. We are transformative and sustainable.
We cannot change the world independently, but we will together.
Until next time.
Live forever,
Rob Fisher
Executive Director and Head of Scouting
