Hello,
I washed my car for the second time in four months last week. The places I scout are off-road, and it is dirty the next day.
I mention this because (as you know) the talent we discover resides in rural areas. I incessantly say, "Where the talent is" because getting folks to notice our kids and their communities is impossible if I do not go "where" they are.
Dirt roads are the most familiar ones here (and across Africa). Fisher Talent Group recognizes this and is doing everything we can to search for talent "where it is." Through our efforts, I hope you notice how marginalized and overlooked our kids are and that it will continue if we do not take action.
Fisher Talent Group is not a romantic dream but a realistic pursuit. We believe in facing reality to change it—which is doable with dedication and conviction.
