Connecting in the Community and Spreading Our Mission

Hello,

I connected with more folks in the local football community this week and continued fundraising. Everything drives with a commitment to networking and the willingness to spread our mission.

Gradually, I aim to establish a paid scouting network with an Eswatini Scouting Manager and Videographer. Once achieved, we can tap into numerous rural areas and overlooked kids. Equally important is providing jobs to folks in need and spanning across Africa over time.

I am reminded daily of Fisher Talent Group's mission: to help marginalized kids use their football talent to advance their life. This idea might be attending college on scholarship, connecting with a national team or club where they build contacts, etc. At Fisher Talent Group, we understand that marginalized youth need a chance before seizing it.

We don't sell discoveries, sponsor kids, or personally manage moves to better opportunities. However, we discover marginalized talent, input it into a database and build player profiles to promote them. We constantly connect with global football contacts (college coaches, professional coaches, player agents, heads of scouting, national teams, youth academies, etc.) and grant them access to our database. What they do with the talent is up to them, but Fisher Talent Group works as a scout on the player's behalf to enable those folks to believe in the players. If someone is interested, we will facilitate the connection.

Without us, marginalized kids will go unnoticed and overlooked places in the dark. Everyone deserves the same discovery opportunities, and Fisher Talent Group will forever acknowledge talent beyond borders, lines, and dirt roads—it is our core belief and guiding motivation.

As always, please donate to our mission. You can make a one-time or recurring gift via our website or purchase merchandise from The Soul Store. We invest one hundred percent of The Soul Store proceeds into Fisher Talent Group, and all products carry talent identification, self-belief, and equality messages. Please also follow our socials and share our content if you enjoy it—it spreads our mission and brings others into our work. We cannot change the world independently, but we will together.

Until next time.

Live forever,

Rob Fisher
