Hello,
I am spending this week in Johannesburg for meetings. Months back, I planned to connect with folks in South African football to advance our mission.
We will not get where we are going without accessing the football landscape and being accessible. We want the football community "in" on our mission because it is collective and needs "all." It is about "change," and we are straightforward enough that if "football" "gets it," so will the world.
I told someone recently in Eswatini that you have South Africa (and Mozambique) if you remove its lines. Then, removing South Africa's and continuing gives you the world. We are one, and talent is everywhere. I've said it before, but it is tragic to be "good" at something, have nobody know it, and be unable to use it to advance your life. So this is why we need folks "in"—to transform this idea.
