We aim to transform football by magnifying overlooked talent territories as valuable markets for the world and inspiring folks to scout outside their comfort zones. We strive to motivate professional scouting departments to be explorative regarding their craft and to seek talent in unknown areas unreservedly. As mentioned last week, scouting is about discovery. Moreover, it is about love, equal opportunity, and ubiquity.
The above idea manifests through a thousand-plus player perpetual database and continuous traffic from international football professionals. This idea will revolutionize the game by putting kids and communities "on the map" and seeing countless players "go somewhere" with their talent. By "leveling the playing field" through equal discovery opportunities and centralizing Africa's immense youth talent into one accessible portal, folks will understand that the "best" players in the world might not be.
Our database concerns talent's spectrum (not solely the "top one percent"). Our range belief is that you can advance your life through football, from entering a youth academy to attending college on scholarship to playing professionally or connecting with an advanced team where you build contacts. There are many overlooked kids from unknown communities with varying levels of ability, development, and so forth, and we aim to provide as much opportunity across the spectrum as possible.
