Hello,
This week, we captured our first game on film. We are focused on our seventy-player database and creating highlight packages now.
We are—still—fundraising for our Videographer and need your support. We have forty-five dollars of the two hundred thirty-six we need monthly—so please contribute. Funding this role supports us in bringing the individual we want on board, training them, and forging a relationship. You may not believe it is "worth it" or ponder, "What will Fisher Talent Group think?" if you donate something "small." Please do not—we appreciate everything; it adds up and helps. I am currently back and forth between videographers while using myself. I must hire the individual I need to ensure our Eswatini operation is sustainable moving forward.
This is a special time. Our database is unique, necessary, and transformative, and I cannot wait to promote it. I am excited, knowing that we can "change" football and enhance the world.
With that said, filming seventy players requires work. Getting to this point and taking it "the distance" has been—and will remain—a grind. The commitment to promoting, networking, and everything in between, from fundraising, piecing together the Videographer and onboarding, and training them and all other work to continue building, is perpetual. I am not slowing because things are challenging—instead, I am confronting them head-on. We have a seventy-player database of marginalized kids (ages ten to fifteen) from rural Eswatini communities who would otherwise go unnoticed—so the first step is complete, and we are on to the second. I believe in Fisher Talent Group and know we can further convince others once we finalize our highlight packages.
