"Do"

Writer: Rob Fisher Rob Fisher

Hello,

Imagine a youth talent database with thousands of players from various countries across rural Africa. Now, imagine this number increasing as we hire folks in new places and add professional players, football executives, etc., as donors and board members. Lastly, know that this number will mirror the number of folks across football with daily database access—we are continually expanding this like we are constantly discovering players. So, these two ideas (player discovery and database access) will generate endless opportunities for marginalized kids and magnify their communities. Our movement is the beginning of trickle-down positives extending outside of football (like in the arts, business, and everything in between) and within the human spirit (self-belief, inclusion, and everything "good").

The above is not philosophical but actual. With that said, to achieve our vision, we must "do" it—none of the "opportunities" we claim or the "trickle-down" positives we assert will manifest with words. It is only in action that we will create those opportunities and ignite the shift we desire. So this is how we "do" it—by talking less and acting more. We believe in it more than anyone, and this is our ethos at Fisher Talent Group—I hope you know it and understand that it is our bond.

Thank you, as always. We cannot change the world independently, but we will together.

Until next time.

Live forever,

Rob Fisher
